The Rockweiler Insulation Team

Renee Wilson, President
Renee is Gary's daughter and has been with Rockweiler Insulation since 1990. She graduated from UW-Madison in 1995 with a degree in Human Resources & Management, and completed a degree at Upper Iowa University in 1998 in Accounting. She is responsible for all administrative duties, so if you have a question regarding an invoice, scheduling, or any other general questions, she can help you.
Renee is an active member of many industry and business organizations, including The Moxie Exchange Movement where she shares business resources and best practices with other women in business in a variety of industries.
Renee has spent her entire life in the Madison area. She is married and enjoys golfing with her husband, volleyball, watching Badger football and basketball, and spending time with her dogs, Rip and Bella.

Gary Rockweiler, Vice President and CEO (Chief Experience Officer)
Gary is the owner and founder of Rockweiler Insulation. He worked at another area insulation company for 13 years before he decided to start his own business. He has provided the vision and leadership to develop Rockweiler Insulation into what it is today. Gary is still very involved with daily activities, but is hoping to enjoy a little more free time in the next few years.
Gary grew up in Cazenovia, WI, but then moved down to Madison where he married his wife, Jackie, and began his career in insulation. They have been married for over 40 years, have 2 daughters, and are both enjoying life as grandparents of 2 grandchildren. On any summer Friday night, you will find Gary at the local short-track racing facility supporting his favorite pastime - racing. He also enjoys golfing and attending Badger football and basketball games.

Pat Harrington, Sales Representative
Pat is the first employee that Gary hired in 1985 (and also happens to be his brother-in-law). With over 20 years experience in the insulation industry, he has become our resident expert on trouble-shooting ventilation issues and other energy concerns. He is responsible for giving estimates to homeowners who want their attics, sidewalls, or crawl spaces evaluated and insulated. He will give you an honest evaluation of your home, even if you don't need our services.
Pat, born and raised in Madison, is married with 2 daughters. When he is not following his daughter's soccer team, he loves to watch football, racing, and hockey.

Brian Auman, Sales Representative
Brian has been with Rockweiler Insulation since 1995. He is responsible for scheduling, supervising our installers, estimating new construction, meeting with homeowners to provide estimates for upgrading existing insulation, as well as any other odd job we ask him to do.
Brian is married and has a daughter. He spends much of his free time coaching his daughter's soccer team, but also enjoys fishing and whatever home improvement project he can think of next.

Ben Nichols, Sales Representative
Ben joined Rockweiler insulation in 2009. Ben has over 15 years of housing, construction and building science experience. His work as a remodeler and licensed home inspector coupled with his passion for old housing makes him a good fit as a retrofit estimator. Ben holds his certification from the State of Wisconsin in Lead Safe Work Practices and also serves as Rockweiler Insulation’s Safety Director.
A Chicago native, and advocate for urban living, Ben has lived on Madison’s near east side for 16 years. In the summers you might find him paddling down a lazy river in his kayak, on his motorcycle or fitting in a round of golf. Ben loves to eat and cook when not watching golf or football.

Chad Laibly, Building Science Analyst
Chad, a U.S. Air Force veteran with a B.S. in Geology from the University of Iowa, has a work history which includes the National Wildlife Federation, the fossil lab at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History, his own IT company servicing law firms near The White House, and for the past 5 years, managing an energy efficiency team providing energy audits, retrofits, and air leakage testing for both commercial and residential clients. Chad is BPI certified (Building Analyst & Envelope), and attained a BPI Accreditation's for his previous energy efficiency company in 2008.
Chad is a Minocqua native with a strong family history in Madison. He keeps busy raising his two sons with his wife, Nicci and on any given weekend can be found biking around Madison, rock hounding for fossils, or teaching Shotokan karate.
