Insulation Removal

Insulation removal is necessary when existing insulation has been damaged through smoke from a home fire, a roof leak allows water to damage the insulation, and even from intrusion by rodents and other pests.

Insulation removal requires the same attention to detail as adding new insulation to an existing home. It is important that all insulation is removed completely and that the old insulation does not escape into the home during the insulation removal process.

When doing insulation removal, we use equipment designed to contain the product, and collects the old insulation into a holding container outside the home. Insulation that has been removed does not infiltrate the home with the used product, which can include water or other contaminants that may have accumulated in the insulation.
